Business Information
Business Information includes information about products purchased, services subscribed to, information obtained from personal, written and electronic communications with existing and potential customers related to the sale of products and services, and data we obtain through your online activities.

Purpose of data processing

Performance of the contract, compliance with legal obligations and for legitimate interest
The processing of personal data provided for the purpose of performance of the contract, compliance with legal obligations and protection of SEFIRA's legitimate interests is carried out without consent, for a maximum period of 3 years from the expiry of the contract, the expiry of legal obligations or the passing of the legitimate interest.

Informing users of products and services
SEFIRA uses personal data relating to users of products and services to send them commercial and technical information relating to the products and services used by the subject. The processing of personal data is carried out without consent, for a maximum period of 1 year after the end of the product support.

Marketing communications
SEFIRA uses the personal data collected in connection with the sale of products, provision of services, communication with existing and potential customers to send commercial and marketing communications. The aforementioned processing of personal data is not strictly necessary for the performance of the contract, legal obligations or the protection of SEFIRA's legitimate interests and is therefore subject to consent. The processing of personal data continues for the duration of this consent.

Processing of information from the website operated by SEFIRA
If the user of the website operated by SEFIRA has cookies enabled in his/her web browser, we process information about him/her and records of his/her behaviour on the website for the purpose of ensuring a better operation of the website and for other analytical and marketing purposes. Method of processing personal data

SEFIRA recognizes the fundamental importance of privacy and security of personal data for its customers and partners and has therefore put in place appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure its protection. It uses the professional and specialized services of other entities to fulfill its obligations and commitments under contracts. If these suppliers process personal data transmitted from SEFIRA, they have the status of data processors and process personal data only on the basis of SEFIRA's instructions and may not use it otherwise. These are in particular business partners, professional advisors, experts, lawyers, auditors, IT system administrators and internet service providers.

Information on rights in relation to the processing of personal data

Under the Data Protection Act, you have the right to:

request information from us about what personal data we process about you, or request a copy of that personal data,
request an explanation from us regarding the processing of personal data,
request access to this data from us and have it updated or corrected,
request us to delete this personal data,
in case of doubt about compliance with the obligations related to the processing of personal data, contact us or the Office for Personal Data Protection or the court.
