Of course, the signature, its legal level and form matter. It varies according to the type of organisation, the specific process, the equipment of the users, the ability to work with risk and also the cost. Which signature to choose?

Qualified does not mean the best
Qualified electronic signature is the highest legal form of signature according to eIDAS. This signature means legal certainty and minimum risk, which is the main reason for its use. On the other hand, a qualified signature requires more actions from the signer, equipment in the form of a mobile phone or card reader and also higher costs. The blanket statement that a qualified signature is the only correct one is not practical. On the contrary, other legal levels can also be used advantageously in the environment of large organisations, manufacturing companies, etc., with lower costs and acceptable risks.
