SEFIRA is committed to the highest standards of quality, integrity, openness and accountability. This commitment also includes encouraging employees, business partners and others to report any serious concerns they may have regarding any misconduct or criminal acts that may relate to any aspect of their work or the operation of our company. This process is also known as whistleblowing.

Subject of the notification

Notifiable matters under the Directive include, but are not limited to, the following:

Doubts about bribery and corruption
Doubts about other criminal activity or non-compliance with legal obligations
Doubts about conduct that may lead to damage to the reputation of Group companies
Doubts about accounting, auditing or procurement
Doubts about possible money laundering or sanctions violations
Doubts about health and safety breaches
Intentionally concealing any of the above matters
