The Digitization of Human Resources at the HRko 2026 Conference, a Gathering of HR Professionals in Ostrava

For more than ten years, SEFIRA, together with its partners, has been helping customers digitize their HR processes, right down to the “last mile”—the electronic signing of documents and ensuring their long-term verifiability.

We have something to say and want to share our perspective, which is why we have become a partner of the HRko 2026 conference, taking place on Thursday, October 15, 2026, in Ostrava at Gong. On the SEFIRA stage, we’ll be discussing practical experiences with the digitization of human resources from various perspectives.

We’ll focus on legislation related to HR digitization, electronic employee records, the use of proper electronic signatures and their long-term verifiability, but above all on how to actually get started with HR digitization and succeed. Representatives from Kooperativa and Dr. Max will share their perspectives on the “ digitization ” of HR—that is, what they expected from it and what they actually received.

Together with our partners, we’ll share stories and experiences from digitization projects—what works, what doesn’t, and what to watch out for.

The program on our stage runs from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., and in addition to us, a number of other partners will be presenting. If you stop by, we’d be happy to discuss your situation with you and talk about how to really get HR digitization off the ground.
