Management of technical product development,
Proposal of technical solutions for business requirements within the framework of long-term product development,
Design of customer solutions based on our own products and third-party solutions,
Proposing joint solutions with our business partners,
Methodological support from colleagues,
Collaborating with the development team management on the development of the product roadmap and development methodology,
Collaborating with the sales and marketing team to define the portfolio and specific business cases,

What we expect from you

Experience working as a software/solution/IT architect,
Experience working on a complex software product/project,
Courage, self-confidence, and willingness to work with risk,
Ability to set direction and lead a team of software engineers,
A desire to solve complex problems and the ability to explain them simply,
Empathy towards customers and enjoyment of working with people,
Excellent communication and presentation skills.

It would be nice if you added

Experience with Java and PostgreSQL/Oracle development,
Knowledge of PKI, legislation, and solutions related to the eIDAS Regulation,
Experience with GIT, GitLab CI/CD,
Experience with Amazon AWS cloud environment (EC2, RDS, EKS),
Ability to work with UML, Archimate, or similar diagrams.
