Receptionist / Assistant

We are looking for a skilled colleague with a relationship to IT to relieve the IT team from administration and help with the redundancy around the reception.

IT team support with administration related to electronic signatures
Supporting marketing activities, primarily working with contacts in CRM Sugar (entering new contacts and updating contacts according to LinkedIn)
Support for the activities of the finance department (working with the Helios system, entering invoices)
Supporting office operations and covering reception duties (services for business meetings and visits, ensuring supplies of refreshments and office supplies, etc.)
Working hours 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

What we expect from you

Secondary education
Carefulness, independence, helpful and proactive approach
Customer focus, reliability, and fairness
Excellent knowledge of Czech and knowledge of English at the level of call transfer and greeting clients
Class B driver's license

It would be nice if you added

Knowledge of the Sugar CRM system
Knowledge of the Helios accounting system
Knowledge of LinkedIn
