Meetings with partners, especially Christmas ones, are always energizing. In the normal work routine, one can get the impression that business is a competition of sharp elbows. That's why it's refreshing when a community of people from companies that have been around for decades and will continue to be around for decades, who enjoy business and succeed through ideas, creativity, and openness, get together.

In short, they are running an imaginary business marathon and are not just looking at how this year and KPI will turn out. And yet they are not just scraping by on the margins of the market, but are actively shaping it and solving interesting complex tasks for customers – they are successful.
